Hi Brian Sorry for the delay in getting back to you; however; there is no mention of Harriett Terry in the Bible. HOWEVER, and this may not be of any help to you, there was a letter from John A. Jerome, born 10-8-1846 to “Cousin Josie”. I do not know who “Cousin Josie” is but the letter was dated December 14, 1922. I have transcribed it below: 14th December 1922 Cousin Josie, Your letter was very interesting, I think you must be very happy, with such a nice family around you, and they all seem to love you. I was born the 8th of October 1846, and am now 76 years old. There are not many of those that I knew when I was a boy living now. In almost every paper that I get I see the death of an old friend. If it is God’s will, I would like to live a little longer. I am trying to take care of my health, and that is about all that I am doing. I can remember one winter that was so mild that the price of coal was lower in mid winter than in the fall. John A. Jerome Semrr(?) City, Dade County, Florida I’m sorry that I cannot be of any further assistance as I understand the frustruation of "linking" family members. Best of Luck to you in your continued search. Thank you for providing the link to the Long Island cemetery listing as that was quite interesting to put that information in with the Bible. When we purchased this Bible, I believe the seller stated that he got it from an estate auction. Mary R. Notify Administrator about this message?
