I am looking for the parents of Roswell Cook Jerome, born in "Conn." supposedly 12-25-1813; married an Amanada Jones in 1831 and died 1848 in Kirkland, Lake County, Ohio. The guardianship papers set up in Kirkland, OH stated that he died "sometime in 1848"; however, his headstone reads 11-6-1849. His one know sister is Sarah E. Jerome, married to a Pulaski Scovil of Harwinton, Conn.

Any assistance anyone can give from the Conn. area - Burlington/Waterbury/Plymouth area would be greatly appreciated. We believe the family belonged to a Congregational Church in that area.
