If your William Chapman was from Taliaferro Co., I believe he has to be the same one who was the brother of my great-great grandmother, Susan Chapman Darracott. I wonder whether your father might remember any of Grandpa Chapman's siblings or other children? Could any of them match these?

It's been a while since I looked at this data and I don't know whether I considered that your Willie Ceola might be the female infant born Apr 1880. I think that's a strong possibility, though.
I have a nice photo of May Belle Chapman Smith that was identified by my grandmother's sister.
