Hi Jared,
My name is Jon Jepson i come from a long line of Jepsons who originated in Darwen Strangely enough in our family the eldest son always had to be called John Thomas i was spared this embarrasment. My family have lived in Bolton for the last 100 yrs my father who recently died aged 70 told me they came from Darwen as a kind of free lance coal miners and they settled here. Sorry i have no definate information but you can bet somewhere down the line our ancestors new each other
Cheers Jeppy
