My Great Great Grandfather was Niels Christensen who was born in Staby, Ulfborg, Ringkobing, DK in 1815. He married Ane Pedersdatter, who had been born at Vederso, Ringkobing, DK. They lived at Ballehuse, Madum, Ulfborg, Ringkobing, DK. Ane died there in 1890, followed by Niels death in 1897. I am the great grandson of their son, Jens Nielsen also known as Jens Nielsen Balle (born at Ballehuse), who came to America in 1873. At Niels death the only living descendants living in Denmark were those descended from his daughter, Mariane and her husband Jens Christian Jepsen: Ane Marie Jepsen of Heldum, Niels Jepsen of Vemb, and Ane Jepsen of Ferring. Ane Jepsen was married to Chr. Madsen. I'd be delighted to make contact with descendants of any of the above. My wife & I will be coming to Denmark next year from Oregon in the USA and would love to meet family who may still be living in Denmark. My email address is rdball@hotmail.com.
