Jennings Family Genealogy Forum

Hi, I am Melany's mother. Annie was my great aunt, sister to my grandfather, David Henry Thompson. I use a public computer, so I'll have to check more info in my notes at home. My mother took care of her at the end (late 80's). I never knew her husband as he died many years before I met Aunt Annie in the early 70's. She lived in Little Rock on Baseline. She had a house and a famous DQ across the parking lot from her house. The DQ still exists-my father leases it out. There was a lake behind her house, but I don't know if that was Jennings lake. There was a story about a pet pig that she and Albert had. There were more brothers on the Thompson side and a story about a couple more siblings whom my grandfather and Annie had never met. Are you related to the Jennings or the Thompsons as I have more info about the Thompsons. These were very tall women, most about 6 ft. My mother and sisters and I are shorter, about 5-6 to 5-8. The cousins I met in Tennesee and California are also about 6 ft. tall! I have 3 daughters and 2 of them have this gene!!! Mely's going to write some more now.
Hi Sheri! I think my mom told you most of the story, but i only wanted to tell you that i actually found your name in another geneology website, when I was trying to find info on my grandma, Tressa Yvonne Thompson-Errickson, my mom's mom.
