I am looking for any information on Lydia Jenness (b abt 1770, Rye NH) who married Jeremiah Elkins. She died in Andover, NH 26 April 1851. The "History of Andover, NH" states that her parents were Francis Jenness and Mary Mason, but I doubt this as according to several other town histories (i.e. Rye, Hampton), John Jenness was married to Mary Mary (2nd wife) and they had a son Francis. Any information on this lady will be greatly appreciated.
