Max,
I'd love to but I've been hitting brick walls left and right.I'll tell you what I've found so far(which isn't much)All children were born in Pendleton Indiana.Parents were John Jenkins and Julia Koontz.Herbert and Herschel were the youngest, they were born Mar 3, 1894.Herschel moved to Michigan in the mid 30's to work for Ford.
Met and married my grandmother Margaret Wilbur in 1938.Herschel was 44 when my dad was born (the 1st of 4)My grandfather died in March 1970.Herbert died in Mar 1966.Clint died in Nov 1966.Unfortunately after 4 months of researching this is all I've come up with so far.My dad said that John and his brother ran away from home and joined the circus. His brother eventually ended up somewhere in Ohio owning a Drug Store.John ended up in Indiana. The only thing ever said about John's childhood was that he was Pennsylvania Dutch, and he hated that life. Most of the Jenkins clan remained in the Pendleton area, when I was a teenager we took a vacation there and I had a whole bunch of cousins.Hope this has been a little helpful.
