Hi, new this board. Just saw your message. I have some information about the Jeffcoats. Jerushia was the first wife. I don't have a son by the name of Elijah with them. He was born to the second wife Elizabeth Jane McAdams. I have his middle name as Gaines.
There is a book in the South Carolina libraries all about the Jeffcoat families. I believe it has been updated in the last few years because in the first book our line was left out.
