Charlott....Been a good while since your post, so you may already have this information.

These census records are from HeritageQuest Online.

1900 Independence, Middle Independence Precinct, Polk County, Oregon Census - ED 175, Page 69A - Enumerated 2nd June:

Hans Henrick Jasperson, head, birth: July 1841, 59, married/34 years, b. Denmark, parents b. Denmark, immigration/1865, in US/35 years, naturalized, undertaker, owns home/free of mortgage

Jennie Lincoln Jasperson, wife, birth: June 1866, 33, married/2 years, b. Wisconsin, parents b. New York

Herman Wendell Jasperson, son, birth: Sept 1899, 8/12, b. Oregon

Flora Ryals, servant, birth: 1866, 33, b. Oregon, parents b. Missouri

(my note: I looked at the 1880 Wisconsin census you referenced. It indicates both of Jennie's parents were born in New York, as per this 1900 census)
-----------------------------
1910 Independence, Independence Precinct, Polk County, Oregon Census - ED 247, Page 293A - Enumerated 16 April:

C Street....

Jennie L. W. Jasperson, head, 43, married once/11 years, has had 5 children/5 living, b. Wisconsin, parents b. New York, no occupation

All children born in Oregon....

Herman W. Jasperson, son, 10
Hans H. Jasperson, son. 9
Karen M. Jasperson, daughter, 6
Jennie J. Jasperson, daughter, 5
Lars E. Jasperson, son, 3

(my note: From the burial info for Jennie's husband H. H. which is below, it looks like he died a month before this census was taken. Also, the daughter Jennie J. appears to be the Jennie J. Jasperson who died in Otter Tail, Minessota who you mention in your post. See 1920 census note below)
-----------------------------
On the 1920 Battle Lake, Otter Tail County, Minnesota census: Jennie's children Herman W., Hans H., Jennie J. and Lars E. Jasperson are all boarding in the Samuel Severson household.

Here is someone reseaching this family. This is from Rootsweb's WorldConnect:
