I don't know if this will help or not for I too and working on the Jarrett's of PA and my Jarrett line ends up in Lycoming Co., PA
these are the wills I have for the two John Jarrett's

Note! Macungie Twp., Bucks Co., PA becoming in 1752 Northamton Co., PA then 1812 Lehigh Co., PA

to date 2003 these are still 2 different Jarrett/Garrett
(Sherrets)the German spelling, families the branch of Lehigh Co., PA is German decent and the Jarrett/Garrett of Montgomery Co., PA of English decent
I too date still do not have any records of arrival of this family to the USA
