Hello, I also have Jarmans in my fathers ancestry. Have been trying for a long time to get information. My line comes from Dabney Miletus Jarman and Frances Lindsey Maupin. Their daughter, Elizabeth married Horace Clayborne Gooch, who is my fathers great grandfather. They had several children, one of whom was named Miletus T. Gooch. We have Dabney's all over the Gooch family line, but we always wondered where the Miletus came from. Now we know. Does anyone have any info on this union?
