Sheila, I have the following info that I have verified: Malissa's -Jared side back to Thomas Jarrell, Sr. (1678-1741)-Isle of Wight, VA.Her mother, the Huddleston's-John L. born 1758 in Halifax Co. VA who married a Margaret. On the Allison part of the family I go back to John Allison, born in Derry, Ireland, died in Feb. 1728/29.His son, William was born in 1690, died 1739. He married a Grizzel Wray in 1715. He died in Aug. a739 in Lancaster, PA. She died in May 1794 in Orange Co. NC Thomas Jarrell, Jr.who was born in 1681. I've been to the Jared Cemetery and have photos of different family tombstones. If you go back past any of this info, please let me know. If you don't have any of of it, I'll be glad to fill in the dates. My biggest problem is Marissa's husband, Thomas Boyd. I cannot find anything except deadends with him. I remember her quite well although I was only four when she died. I have a photo of me on her lap when I was a baby. He died when my grandfather, John was 7. Where do you fit into Granny Mim's, as my dad called her, family?LG
