Perhaps the word "dakimiyo" was meant to be "daimyo"? Daimyo means hereditary provincial lords. The surname of Ouchi is indeed a very famous warrior class surname. The Ouchi clan once wielded power in Japan in the province of Suoh/Nagato along with their rival Amago clan of Izumo province and was recognized as the ruler of Japan by the Chinese until Mouri Motonari came along and conquered them. I'm not saying that you are descended from this Ouchi family, but it may give you a lead as to your family crest.
