Ichizo Tokairin genealogy

I am trying to trace the Tokairin surname. Ichizo immigrated (From Fukushima) in the early 1900's to Vancouver after working with his brother Hideo in Hawaii for a few years. He married Hanako Kikuchi (from Kanagawa)in Japan then returned to Canada. Her mother (Take) was Emporor Hirohito's nanny. Would there be any record of her since she worked for the emporor? Ichizo's father was Uhei (Kichinei) and mother was Den Tokairin. Tokairin is such an unusual Japanese name and I am having a difficult time tracing it. I was told that because Tokairin ends in a consenent, it indicates nobility. Any truth to that? Any help would be wonderful.
