Have you tried the Densho project of Seattle or the Wing Luck Asian Museum in Seattle?

Either of these may be able to help you.

See if you can locate Elsie Taniguchi who may be related. Her husband was from Tacoma and she still lives there.

Also if Taniguchi was her maiden name was her married name Ishizaki and if so what ken did she come from. Was she married here or in Japan?
