Hi Glenda!

I think we may have a connection here. I have just pieced together my branch of Jameson's from York, England (also my home town).

My GGGrandmother was Alice Jameson born York abt 1850. Her Father was George Jameson (died before 1876). This is from her marriage certificate to Benjamin Wood 1876. Now I believe, although haven't confirmed, that George was the husband of Ann Hill! So that must make my Alice and your William, brother and sister!
