Thank you Susan;
What I'm really searching is information on Annie's father Samuel and his ancestors in Ireland. The Missouri U.S. Census indicated Samuel emigrated from Ireland as did my g-g-g-grandfather Lewis' grandparents. There must be a connection in Ireland.
My grandmother said her family in Oklahoma would have starved had not the James boys given them food on their trips through NE Oklahoma. I always wondered why they did that. Then I found my grandmother's grandmother was a Ralston which may explain the family tie?
Thanks again. I'll keep trying.
