Tomorrow, look for updated information on the website. New photos are not in yet, but coming. In the meantime, we have the following and this is only part of it. Today I received over 100 pages of documentation.
1. Letters from JLC to his cousin regarding the death of his "ma and paw" (Stephen and Dianna), including the dates of their births and deaths; other letters regarding family.
2. Numerous census records, obituaries.
3. Newspaper articles: marriage of Jesse James and Zee Mims; obituary of Zerelda James; Stephen Courtney-Haun; Dianna Courtney-Haun;
4. Death Certificates.
5. Bill of sale, JLC.
6. Letter in JLC hand, requesting pension and circumstances why he deserted.
