Need info to be able to trace lost mail

I checked with the Postmaster of the Priddy, TX Post Office and she said it would be much better and easier for the sender to do the trace but anyone can if they have the information needed for the form. She also said, since it was not delivered here, you should of gotten it back via the return address by now. If for some reason you do not believe me,

Click on "Contact Us" and find out how to trace a letter sent from an unknown location to yourself on a approximate date and therefore can not fill out the tracing form with the required information, Or contact the Postmaster at UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE HIGHWAY 16 PRIDDY TX 76870-
