David, since you have once again questioned the original picture of Diannah and her four sons, using my name, I will answer your questions and CeCe can also, if she wishes. Your question one: Why now do we have Diannah's pictures surfacing now and not two years ago? Simply because neither Colleen, myself or anyone else who had access to Harold Haun's original picture were aware of Betty's lawsuit attempting to exhume JLC's body until last fall. I posted the copy of Harold's picture on www.andruss.net/courtney.htm in October. It seems another original picture has come to light, from another descendant of Theodore N Haun. You will remember in my testimony in September, David, that the photographer delivered as many pictures as the family requested, and they were all considered originals because they were all made from the same negative. And how many times is it now, that I have answered this same question? Doesn't it make your case weaker to keep asking the same questions over and over? Question 2: Why is there a claim that Kathy had access to the original "Big Four" picture? Answered in the response to Question one. As I have explained MANY TIMES, I first became aware of the existence of this picture in 1994 when I was doing research and a family history video. Again, for the umpteenth time, see www.andruss.net/courtney.htm. Question three: I will email Harold Haun to get his permission to give out his email address. You know David, you may think that by repeating these same questions over and over you are just strengthening your case, when in the opinion of many, you are just making it weaker. The dna tests were done at a reasonable cost, considering what some labs were charging. This cost was covered by many family members who responded to a form letter sent out. Contrary to what you and Betty have posted, the majority of the family DO NOT support her claims and were happy to contribute to a test that would prove her wrong - and it did, although neither you or Betty have seen fit to respond. We just don't seem to be able to get professionals to do all this testing at no cost to us, the way Betty does. I still wish she would convince Visionics to examine this original picture of Diannah and the Big Four. And now, David, it's your turn to come back with your usual charm and wit. Kathy
