I spoke to your Texas Department of Public Safety Photo Expert again this afternoon and she said NO ONE - NO ONE - has called her, harassed her or threatened her in any way shape or form.
Besides our conversations, she said NO ONE - except the message you left on her answering machine months ago - has contacted her about her examination of your photos. She does not remember anyone - not even a member of the news media - not any researcher - contacting her to verify the findings you report.
Megan Tormey said her and Dr. Joseph Atick are, "No longer involved with Betty Dorsett Duke and her Jesse Woodson James claim."
Your "experts" have not been threatened or harassed by anyone.
And speaking of experts - I've had some well known photo labs/crime labs/forensic artists also examine the photos and am in the process of having them reviewed by a few more. The results I've been given differ greatly from yours.
The tests I have had conducted have been photographically documented and the results will be released around the middle of September.
