David,
It's comforting, somehow, to see that you haven't changed a bit.

You have complained, once again, about the fact that I didn't change the wording on the Andruss website. I explained to you in my post on December 30, and I repeat here, that I don't have a copy of the transcript of the hearing on September 17, so I can only state facts. Fact one: Max Courtney, a forensic scientist, presented evidence that indicated that the picture of Diannah in Mrs. Dukes book had been altered. This alteration can be seen by anyone who takes the time to go to the Andruss website. (www.andruss.net/courtney.htm) Fact two: I presented genealogical information on the Courtney family. Fact three: the judge refused Mrs. Duke's request for exhumation.

And now, David, you tell us that Betty will present significant information that will shed a new light on the subject. Will this include the results of the DNA tests that she requested last year? Why the tremendous delay? And who presented the hair samples that were compared to Harold?

You keep saying, David, that we should all get together and work for a common goal. But let's face it David, there is no common goal. Either Betty is right, or she is wrong, and your continued attacks on the integrity and character of anyone who disagrees with you is not helping your cause at all.

Have a great day.

Kathy
