When FRANK,lived on his farm near FLETCHER OK.I recall as late as 1961 going thru APACHE OK,[near Fletcher]and seeing Indian men with long pigtails setting out in front of feed store,reservations all around,plus Indian Schools in Lawton.and of course the CASINOS.
