Hi Bob, sorry to be so long in replying, I haven't forgotten you!
I wanted to find the photo that I thought would have the house we discussed in the background. It was not meant to be a photo of the house, it was a photo of my baby sister, with the possible house in the background.
However, the photo I refer to evidently was in a group of old photos that now belongs to that baby sister, who is several hundered miles from me.
I'll check with her.
I can't imagine having to "warm up" with hot chocolate in July! I can only remember the snows in Manitou, not the summers. I walked to school with my broken leg in a cast one winter. Uphill, both ways!
