Grace, your mother experienced a tragedy, as everyone would agree. Your mother's feelings may not have been the same as Zee's. Different circumstances, different times and different places. Your story has nothing to do with the James family although it probably was a sad time in your mother's life. Jesse Edwards James was employed by the Crittendens for a period of time. I'm not aware that Crittenden supported Zee Mimms James for the remainder of her life."
