I am looking for any family member from John S. James born in Mississippi about 1828 and died in Mobile, Al on May 27 1862. He first married Elizaberth E. Woodall from Cuba, Sumter Co., Al.(her parents are Littleberry & Mary Giles Walker Woodall) John and Elizabeth had William , Mary J. and Lytle Edward. Elizabeth died after giving birth to Lytle. An John later married Rebecca Morrison Brown of Choctaw county, Al. (her parents were John Brown & Nancy Ford) John and Rebecca had the following children: Charles James, Ellen Elizabeth James, Kiziah James, Nancy Emman James, John S. James, Jr.
John's son Lytle married first Eliza Hall McCann, 2nd. Elizabeth Ross and 3rd. wife Mattie Scott Selby
