Removal Of Remains...Texas Health and Safety Code

"......"Applicants", who make application to the Court for permission to remove the remains of Jesse Woodson James, Decedent, pursuant to the provisions of 711.004, Texas Health and Safety Code......" Google it.

Like I said before, the evidence presented, to me, did not follow the requirements to allow this exhumation, regardless, if the judge did want to get it overwith. A delayed birth certificate for Jesse Cole James (decedent)was the "proof" that Jesse Coal James and Charles A. James presented to the Honorable Judge as "Applicants". The informer for the delayed birth certificate was a 90 year old man who was a "friend" not a relative.

The genealogy that the applicants submitted included the traditional James family history, except they claimed that Jesse James did not die in Missouri but continued to live and married a woman by the name of Emma, who has no ancestry information whatsoever. The James boys claim they know nothing of their grandmother, Emma. I find that hard to believe as they supposedly knew that their Dad had a half brother. Why wouldn't they know Emma's family?
Am I saying that the information presented to the Honorable Judge was fraudulant? I sure to Hell,am. Not only by the James boys but by those representing Ola Everhard.
