Hi Lorraine!
I am Eric Volante from the East Coast Jalbert family, in Virginia. I am 39, wife is 36 and daughters are almost 13 and almost 10. I am a water purification plant operator, and my wife is a CNA. I have spoke with some of the North Dakota and surrounding area Jalbert family before and they are related to me we found out. My paternal grandmother was Marie A. Jalbert from Worcester, Massachusetts. She married Agostino Antonio Volante from Italy-(they met in Mass.) I am related to Mathurin (Gerbert) Jalbert and his father-Jean (Gerbert) Jalbert, and mother Perinne Pellet. They came from France to Quebec, Canada. This was during the late 1500's and 1600's. Mathurin's first wife was Isabelle Targer, and his second wife was Jeanne LeTellier.
