Hello, I found this message by chance. I was born in Bastogne, Belgium (10 kilometers from the LUXEMBOURG border) in 1954. My father Jean JACQUEMIN was a elementary school teacher in a small village near Bastogne, as was my grandfather, Marius JACQUEMIN.
My son Vincent JACQUEMIN is the only boy who could pass the name one generation down, as my wife and I have two other children both girls.
My brother Pierre JACQUEMIN is a bachelor, he works as a computer specialist in a bank in the town of LUXEMBOURG.

I never heard af a bishop in our family, but we still have some land properties in the territory of LUXEMBOURG, they are now owned by my sister Véronique JACQUEMIN who now lives in Nivelles, Belgium.
