Hi! My name is Katie Hovis and I am searching for whom I believe is my grandfather. My grandmother Patricia Tour was has deciesed but has told me she had a great love affair with Harvey Jacobs who fathered My father but was not ever around after the baby ( my dad ) was born. Harvey JAcobs was in the Air force during world war 2 I believe...I have seen a picture of him and he is a handsome tan man with very curly black hair ( in his day :) ) I really dont know anything much else about him and I am desperate to find him..I have no male influence in my life and I would like to meet him before old age sets in.
