Hello Terry,
Just trying to help.

Did Jane Brown marry in England?

Where in Ohio did the Jackson's live.
What were the childrens names and were any of them born in England..?
I'm trying to find marriage ref but the limited details you give makes it difficult to know where to start.
Jane Brown is a very common name as is John Jackson.
Hundreds of the above names married in any given year in the U.K. and in the USA.
Did they both emigrate together or was it just Jane that left England on her own.
Have you found them in any census?

Patrick..
