There's a Phillip L. JACKSON on the CA Death Index. Born 8-May-1892 in Italy, died 29-May-1966 in Los Angeles, CA. Mother's maiden name PEDONE.

The 1920 census for Douglas Co, NE has this family:
JACKSON, Tony B. age 30 b. Italy
wife Mary E. age 20 b. NE
son Nick age 4
son Sam age 11/12
mother Tresa age 65 b. Italy, widowed
son Phil age 27 b. Italy, single

I think that's supposed to be brother, not son, for Phil.

1930 census of Omaha, Douglas Co, NE:
JACKSON, Tony age 38 b. Italy, both parents b. Italy, immigrated in 1903
wife Mary age 30 b. NE, both parents b. Italy
son Nicholas age 14 b. NE
son Samuel age 11 b. NE
son Phillip age 7 b. NE
brother Phillip age 36 b. Italy, divorced, immigrated 1901

The 1930 for Omaha, Douglas, NE also has a 3 yr old Albert JACKSON, whose father was born in Italy, living with his mother, Angeline JACKSON, in the home of her parents, Joe and Mary MONESTERO, along with Angeline's younger siblings. No sign of the daughter named Teresa, so I'm not sure this is the right Albert
