I feel we may be related.My Jackson family came from Jones Co., GA and my ancestor served in Company F, 45th GA Inf (Gray Volunteers) during the War of Northern Aggression.He was Rodolphus W. Jackson that md. Lucy Coulter (she is buried at Coaltown Cem., Purvis, MS) in Jones Co. in 1856.R.W. is the son of Peter R. Jackson (he was last recored in the 1870 census of Jones Co., GA.).Peter md. Nancy Chain.R.W. family was in Jones Co., Mississipi in the 1880 census.His son was William Randolph Jackson (1860-1931) md. Fannie Bositck (1862-1933).They are buried at Coaltown Cem., Purvis, Lamar Co., MS. with Fannie's father, J. D. Bostick.W.R. and Fannie are my g-grandparents.I will be glad to provide additional infor and would like to make a connection with our Jones Co., Ga ancestors.
