I was just searching the net seeing how high Google put my website... and I noticed this forum. Thought I should throw my stuff in the ring (sort-of-speak).
I don't Know of anyone looking for lost relatives in my family.. But in case anyone is searching for one of us. My father is Alan (Buzz) Jacklin, from Victoria BC, Canada. He was quite an athlete in his day. He proudly displays his 1952 BC High School Backetball MVP trophy... Numerous Golf trophies etc.
His father (my Grandfather) is Chris Jacklin. I don't have the exact details, but from memory, he was a Sargeant in the RCMP. He posed for a picture with Shirley Temple (when she was a popular child actor). His family lived on Vancouver Island, BC. Mostly in Nanaimo I think.
I also have a brother Chris Jacklin in Regina, SK, Canada. He is a High School band instructor.
