You seem to have a lot of information about the Jackleys. My grandfather was Theodore Jackley of Boston (born in Boston 1893). My great-grandfather was also Theodore Jackley. He was supposedly born in Stuttgart, Germany in 1865. He came to the U.S. in 1883. He was a metal crafter. Per his death certificate, his father (my great-great grandfather) was also Theodore Jackley. Do you think he could be related to Jacob Jackley? Is Jackley a German name or did they change it to Jackley when they came to the States?
