My husband's ggrandfather was said to be Joseph Jegley who came from Switzerland. We have been searching (unsuccessfully) for info on the family. We found dates and names with the surname spelled JACKELE, JAECKELE and JACKELEE in Holy Guardian church in KY. The dates match some of his family. Joseph was married to Catherine HAMMER. Any connection?
