Janet,

Sorry but cannot help with the name Izatt,but my family is from the Penmans of Airth.
The first Penman i can trace is James born in Airth 1740.James married Mary Borrowman or Barrowman born 1744.They married in !765.If you type in the Penmans,you will find a link from a gentleman called Eric Edwards which might be of help to you.
