I am from the Thomas Wilkinson line, but female. Perhaps my brother would be willing to do this? My line is Thomas to Daniel to Francis to John to Sherwood to Richard Henry Lee to Dr. Marion Cuthbert Wilkinson to Mary Francis to Paul Neeley to Paul Neeley to me.
There are Wilkinsons from this line that went on to TX by way of GA. John Wilkinson left Va late 1700s and went to GA. They migrated to Chambers Co AL, some split and went to southern GA (Quitman GA - my family line
- the Dr. Marion Cuthbert Wilkinson line), and others continued on to TX.
Thomas Jr. born 1635 probably in Charles City Va, died 1668 in Stafford Va.
His father, Thomas Sr. was b 1612 in England, came to VA on the Assurance in 1635 from London, was married to Elizabeth Lyddell (spelling?) died 1698 Charles City Va.
I'm looking for more info on the family, too. I am especially interested in the English background.
