Thanks for responding. I need to review this, but I think I have a newspaper source about Caroline, possibly in regard to Luther Burbank. My tree has Caroline as married to two men, a Dennison and a Beeson. My family came from around Middletown CT and Lancaster, MA through Lewis co. and Bergen, NY to Healdsburg and connect with Ives at several points. I'm trying to understand the ongoing connection. We may be able to find Caroline's husband through the Oak Mound cemetery records from Healdsburg,CA and I will try to find the news article. If this is the same Caroline she was born within 30 miles of my ancestor Cynthia Parmelee 1807 and died in the same town, Healdsburg. Cynthia also would have known the Lewis Co. Ives. Notice John Ives from Hough's genea also went to CA. I would particularly like to know if Caroline would have been in Lewis co. or known that group?
