Thank you for your reply, I have the following information re my family tree, found information on Digitalarkivet, Norway.

Gunder Johnsen Bergen m Marthe Iversdatter,
daughter m Lars Andersen b about 1808 m Marthe Gundersdr b March 3 1813 son Torger Magnus Larsen b Feb 5 1845, Nordre (Parish)Amot, Hedmark,Norway m Lina Torstensen b 1850 they had 9 children Anders b1889 ,Thorvald,Martius,Lars b1884,Torger Magnus b1881,Peter b1895 , Alf,Valborg Elida b1887 &Laura,

Farm name was Vikstuen,Aamot as per 1900 Digitalarkivet.
Sons,Torger and Anders (my grandfather) immigrated to U.S. and than to Vancouver, Canada.

Would really appreciate any help or suggestions you might be able to offer.
