Looking for information on William Ivens -Born 1849 England

am looking for information on William Ivens born Feb. 1849 England - Died Jan. 2, 1931 Michigan. He married Carrie Warrick {born 1849 NY).

Children: All Born In Michigan According to Census:
1. Ernest - abt 1874, 2. Unknown Ivens - abt 1875, 3. Nellie - Born May 1878 - Married Ernest Romine Skinner, 4. Charles -
Born Sept. 1880 - Married Ethelyn Hall.

I believe Williams parents are Richard and Martha (Skelcher / Sketchler) Ivens also from England, but have had a hard time finding proof.

Any information would be helpful.
