Francesco Leombruno came from the town of Pacentro in L'Aquila in Abruzzo in 1905..The town is high on the edge of the national forest and overlooks the town of Sulmona a few miles east.Sulmona is where the name Leombruno comes from and I am not sure if Francesco was born there or in the small town of Pacentro.
His wife came over a year later, not sure what here maiden name was.It does appear that he probably married her in Pennsylvania. He was naturalized there. You can provably find his Petition for naturalization and get more info on him that way.
Giovanni Sansone father of Antonio and granfather of your John, probably came from Lioni in L'Aquila. His wife, Angela Nittoli came from Lioni with children Antonio, Vincenzo, and Giuseppe Sansone in 1900...on the ship California arriving 25 May 1900.The name Sansone is found in Lioni as well as the name Nittoli ( she is listed in the manifest as Nittuli).
They were also naturalized citizens and this is again paperwork that you can find. Also a marriage record for Antonio and wife Julia...Julia was here before Antonio. She arrived in 1898.Don't know her maiden name though it might be listed on his naturalization papers.
Look for marriage recordsFind cemetery records, death records or obituaries for these people. It will help to track them down for you.
Good Luck
