Oliver from Bellona, Caserta, Italy

Doing some research for a friend and in need of some help. Researching an Albert Oliver who was born June 9, 1905 in Bellona. His parents were Albert and Nicolina Carusone Oliver. I have no indication that the parents came to the United States. The son came to Youngstown, Ohio, in 1920, and was a painting contractor here for 50 years. At the time of his death, in September of 1981, his obituary stated that he had two brothers, Luigi and John, and two sisters Mrs. Rose Fiata and Mrs. Amalia Olivieri all of Italy. He had a brother, Oresto, who died in Youngstown, in 1965. Would love to track down descendants of those who remained in Italy. Also trying to figure out if I should be looking for Oliver as a last name, or if it was changed from another name. Just trying to figure out how to start searching. ANY help would be appreciated.
