Florence and Genoa Italy : name Bacon
I wonder why an archiect would have been in Florence Italy in (prior) to 1892?His name was Frederick Henry Bacon, he was 36, and had a wife named Alice. and a 6 year old son named Frederick Calvert. They were US Citizens, and when they left thru Genoa, they were headed for MA in USA.
I would like to find out also, about Frederick's family. I was told the family origins go back to Scotland, and since Frederick Henry was a US Citizen, he either had become one or someone before him brought the family to MA.
I wonderif anyone knows of, or anything about "Alice"
his wife.Where, and when she was born, who were her parents and sibblings.
Who were Frederick Henry's family.
If anyone could find out the ships that left Genoa, in time to arrive in Nov 1892 at Ellis Island I would appreciate that.
Thank you
Barbara
