Sansone and variation Sanzone along with other variaitons and alterations appear to relate to the base name SANSONE. The name is derived from the biblical person SAMPSON (in english and Sansone in Italian. Ny Spanish dictionaries have no spanish name for Sampson or Sansone but they certainly do appear to be related. Petertimber
