Fredo, Calbriza, Naples, Italy May 21, 1881 by Dana Fredo of 50462 The transcription for the immigration record I found was for arrival on May 5, 1904 under the names, Carmela Ilario, age 20 and husband Gaetano Freda, age 23; to join the cousin Donato Freda in Osceola Mills, Clarfield PA. It looks as though the record indicates they were in the USA previously 1900/1903. Not sure if this is your couple, but it is not uncommon to find misspelled surnames on the Ellis Island site.
