Vital records trieste for the period 1815 opnwards when Trieste was under Austrian rule was assigned to the local parish churches. Since the vital records for Trieste predate 1815, I can only suggest that perhaps the current Italian Vital Records dept. may be able to direct your inquiries to the Church Archbishops office for Trieste who may be able to assist you. The address is Archivio di Stato, Via La marmora 17, 34139, Trieste, Italy. You can write in english since it is the second language in Italy.Petertimber
