Antonio MOLINA, b. abt. 1750, a Gonoese farmer, was brought to the US on the ship "Triumph" that left Leghorn, Italy on Sept. 2, 1773. This was the first ship that Philip Mazzei brought to the US from Italy for the purpose of starting a wine, olive and silk industry in Virginia. Later, Antonio MOLINA changed his name to Anthony MULLINS, served in the Rev. War, married twice, raised a large family, and moved to Lincoln Co. TN where he died and is buried. Antonio MOLINA was my 3rd g-grandfather. I would like to make connections with some of his family in Italy. marcastn@bellsouth.net
