Hi Margaret,Platania is a town within catazaro. The only names from there would be Bonadio that I am familar with.My father came from a little town called panette borned there in 1893.My mother from platania born there in 1901.The other names you mention ,do not ring a bell, they sound like surnames from sicily.Nice hearing from you Natale Caruso PS. I have not heard of Tietrania,but it could be found on a map.
